Axes
of Intervention
The fight against Child Labour project
The strategy of the project is
principally precautionary. It aims at predicting
child labour by struggling against what drives
children on Labour market: The dropping out and
non-schooling.
It aims mainly at reinforcing the
link child-school and fight against the factors
which may lead to the fragalisation or break of this
link.
The project
consists in acting in a complementary may in four
directions/axes:
A-
Towards school quality: It is necessary to improve
basic quality education so as to attract children
and keep them within school.
B-
Towards the family that must be implicated more
while accompagning schooling which becomes the
affair not only of the child or the school.
C-
Towards the teachers: One vital aspect of the
project is to raise teacher’s awareness of the
importance of combating child Labour. Teachers are
best placed to take initiative steps to struggle
against the causes of dropping out.
D-

pressure to set up means of good intentions and
concrete actions to ameliorate quality education.
